About our Support Sessions and Skilling Weeks

WeChange.AI Support Sessions and Monthly Skilling Weeks are part of our ongoing commitment to help UK Public Sector organisations get the most from their existing technology and data. These sessions provide shared learning, practical guidance, and examples drawn from our work across the public sector, helping organisations build confidence, capability, and consistency over time.

Sessions are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams and are available exclusively to organisations with an active WeChange.AI contract. As sessions are shared across multiple customer organisations, the Terms and Conditions below set out how attendance, recordings, data, and participation are managed.

1. Introduction and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all WeChange.AI Support Sessions and Monthly Skilling Weeks delivered by WeChange.AI Ltd (“WeChange.AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering for or attending any Support Session or Skilling Week session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms should be read alongside the WeChange.AI website Terms and Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of our services.


2. Eligibility

Support Sessions and Skilling Weeks are provided exclusively for UK Public Sector organisations with an active WeChange.AI contract.

By registering, you confirm that:

WeChange.AI actively monitors registrations and attendance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove registrations or attendees where eligibility cannot be verified or is no longer met.


3. Registration and attendance

Registration is completed via Microsoft Teams.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Access to sessions is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time where these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.


4. Nature of the sessions

Support Sessions and Skilling Weeks are designed to provide general guidance, learning, and practical examples based on our experience supporting UK Public Sector organisations.

Any decisions taken by your organisation following attendance remain your responsibility.


5. Delivery and changes

Sessions are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.

WeChange.AI reserves the right to:

6. Recordings and data protection

Sessions may be recorded and transcribed to support learning and knowledge sharing.

By attending, you consent to:

Recordings and transcripts are retained for up to three months following the session, after which they are removed. Access to recordings is limited to WeChange.AI customers.

All personal data is handled in accordance with the WeChange.AI Privacy Policy.


7. Intellectual property

All session content, including slides, recordings, and supporting materials, remains the intellectual property of WeChange.AI.

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

WeChange.AI reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, or breaches confidentiality.


9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
