For evaluation and procurement
WeChange.AI helps public sector organisations understand how technology is really landing across their teams, then makes that practical.
This page covers who we are, how Navigator works and what it looks like for your sector. Start with the intro video below.
What’s really happening across your organisation.
We capture how change is actually experienced, not how it looks on paper.
Support that fits how people actually work.
Targeted to real roles, real pressures and real confidence levels.
Most change programmes focus on the tools. WeChange.AI focuses on the people using them.
That sounds obvious. It rarely is in practice.
We work with local authorities, NHS organisations, multi-academy trusts, and government bodies. We consistently find that the gap between change on paper and its real impact is where problems arise.
We built WeChange.AI to close that gap.
Change support only works when the insight, the platform and the model all pull in the same direction. Here is how we do that.
No two organisations experience technology in the same way. Confidence levels vary. Workloads vary. Learning preferences, accessibility needs, and time pressures all shape how change is received.
Before you can support people effectively, you need to understand what’s really going on across your organisation. That’s what we capture.
Navigator asks people a short set of questions about their role and their day-to-day experience with technology. It takes around 10-15 minutes.
What comes back isn’t generic. Individuals get personalised recommendations that match their actual answers.
Managers get a clear picture of their team. Leaders get an organisation-wide view of where support will have the most impact.
Most organisations approach change in short bursts, then stop. Momentum drops, people feel unsettled and the value slips away.
The Framework for Change is how adoption becomes ongoing rather than occasional.
It covers the practical enablers that make it stick: leadership alignment, change agents, skilling, shared practice and measurement.
Our approach is grounded in leading research frameworks, including UTAUT and innovation diffusion theory. The questionnaire and scoring methodology was assessed by a Chartered Occupational Psychologist in November 2025.
Select the option that best reflects your organisation.
If you span more than one, start with the closest match. We can still support you if your sector is not listed.
Local government teams span hugely varied services, and generic training rarely fits because a housing officer and a social care worker do not have the same experience of technology.

Housing teams combine resident-facing services, mobile roles and office-based functions. A single approach rarely fits.

Education teams need adoption support that respects workload, term-time pressure and the reality of varied roles across schools, departments and central functions.

Central government needs adoption support that holds up under scrutiny – structured, repeatable and consistent across directorates with different priorities.

Operational demands mean bandwidth for anything not directly relevant to the job is close to zero. Adoption support here has to earn its place quickly.

NHS teams are delivering under significant pressure. Anything that adds complexity rather than removing it will not get traction.

Charities deliver a lot with very little. The focus has to be on what makes a real difference without creating more internal work than it removes.

Public sector organisations are often solving the same problems independently. A council in the North East finds a better way to support a particular team through a technology change. That learning rarely reaches the council in the South West facing the same challenge six months later.
Navigator is designed to change that. Where organisations choose to share, we surface what is working so others can build on it rather than start from scratch. Sharing is always opt-in and handled carefully.
If this seems like a good fit, let’s chat. We’ll discuss your situation, answer questions, and figure out what works for your organisation.
If you are in a procurement process, we are used to that. A dedicated member of our team will support you through each stage – direct award, LVPS, framework routes or other compliant options.
We also use AI to help with the repeatable documentation, so copy-ready wording, DPIA support and standard information governance responses come back to you quickly.
If you want to sense-check fit, discuss a procurement route or find out what onboarding would look like for your organisation, get in touch.
