WeChange.AI started taking shape in 2018, when early academic research and hands-on work across the public sector kept kept showing the same thing. People weren’t resistant to change – they were overwhelmed by it, and they weren’t being given the clarity they needed to make it work.
That learning continued to grow through years of real delivery in councils, NHS teams and later at Microsoft, where the same patterns appeared again and again. WeChange.AI was created to bring those insights together. A people-first, evidence-led way to help organisations understand what’s really happening and make change that genuinely supports the people doing the work.
Most organisations aren’t short of technology, they’re short of clarity. People feel overwhelmed, adoption is inconsistent, and even the best tools are only used at a fraction of their potential.
Teams are under pressure, change lands unevenly, and leaders are left trying to make sense of fragmented information, siloed ways of working and approaches that just don’t work anymore.
