Our Commitment to Accessibility

At WeChange.AI, we believe that technology should be accessible, inclusive, and beneficial to everyone. Accessibility is not simply a compliance requirement for us, it is a core part of how we design, develop, and continuously improve our products and services.

Our mission is to help organisations improve digital literacy, technology adoption, AI readiness, and change readiness. As part of that mission, we are committed to ensuring that Navigator can be used by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.

Accessibility in Navigator

Navigator is a cloud-based platform that helps organisations understand how technology is experienced across their workforce and provides the insights, resources, and support needed to improve adoption and deliver meaningful change.

Accessibility considerations are incorporated throughout our product development lifecycle, including design, testing, development, and ongoing enhancement activities. We aim to create experiences that are intuitive, usable, and inclusive for all users.

Accessibility Standards

We are committed to aligning Navigator with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA wherever reasonably practicable.

Navigator has undergone independent accessibility assessment against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria. This assessment provides a structured baseline that supports our ongoing programme of accessibility improvements and continuous enhancement.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing journey rather than a one-time activity.

Following independent assessment, we have already implemented a number of accessibility improvements, including enhancements to colour contrast, text readability, visual presentation, and overall user experience.

We maintain an active programme of review and improvement, ensuring accessibility considerations continue to be incorporated into future product releases and feature development.

Planned Enhancements

As part of our ongoing roadmap, we are continuing to enhance several visual reporting and graphical components within Navigator to further improve support for assistive technologies and alternative methods of consuming information.

These improvements are already planned and are expected to be delivered as part of our product development roadmap before the end of 2026.

Inclusive Design Principles

Accessibility forms part of our wider commitment to digital inclusion.

Our work supports organisations in creating technology experiences that are more inclusive, accessible, and effective for diverse workforces. This includes consideration for different learning styles, varying levels of digital confidence, neurodiversity, and accessibility requirements.

We continue to learn from our customers, partners, accessibility specialists, and users to ensure our services meet the needs of a broad range of people and organisations.

Feedback and Support

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Navigator and are committed to addressing accessibility concerns wherever reasonably possible.

If you experience any accessibility barriers, require assistance using the platform, or would like information in an alternative format, please contact us.
