WeChange.AI started taking shape in 2018, when early academic research and hands-on work across the public sector kept kept showing the same thing. People weren’t resistant to change – they were overwhelmed by it, and they weren’t being given the clarity they needed to make it work.
That learning continued to grow through years of real delivery in councils, NHS teams and later at Microsoft, where the same patterns appeared again and again. WeChange.AI was created to bring those insights together.
