About the personas
This page provides a set of realistic personas that Copilot can role‑play during the exercise. When you run the prompt, Copilot will randomly select one persona (1–10) from this list and then stay fully in character for the conversation, reflecting the persona’s traits, tone, and communication style.
Why personas are included
Personas help make the activity feel closer to real leadership situations by introducing different working styles, pressures, and perspectives. You will practise adapting your approach, building trust, and guiding a constructive conversation, just as you would with different members of your team.
